Sometimes you might be capturing additional information from candidates through custom application form questions. This data might come under personal information. Freshteam allows you to easily label that as personal information so that this data is anonymized along with the other PII information. 

Here are the steps to do this

• Go to Recruitment > Recruit from the left menu in the dashboard.

• Click on the Job for which you want to label the custom application form question. 

• Click on the View Job Details option at the top.

• Click on the Application Form tab to open the Customized Application Form window. 

• Click on the Edit icon for the field that you want to label as personal information.

• In the Edit field modal, scroll down to the bottom and enable the Mark as Personal information option under GDPR Compliance.
