Advancing or Rejecting a Candidate from Freshteam Mobile App

With Freshteam Mobile App, recruiters are now able to move candidates to the next stage or reject them. Let us understand how this works.

1. Log into Freshteam Mobile App. On your home screen, select Interview.

2. On the bottom of your screen, you can spot the Advance and Reject buttons.

3. To move a candidate to another stage, tap on Advance and select the stage. The candidate's stage is now successfully updated.

4. To reject a candidate, tap on Reject.

5. Select a reason for rejection and add comments for the hiring panel. Tap on Save to reject the candidate.
