Freshteam has integrated with Certn, a leading background verification tool. With this integration, Freshteam customers can simplify background checks for a huge volume of candidates and reduce their overall time to hire.

Installation Steps

1. Open your Freshteam account. Go to Settings -> Integrate with other apps -> Apps. Click on Install Certn.

2. As a next step, a configurations page will open up on your screen. Here you can see two tabs - Connect Freshteam and Connect Certn. On the Connect Freshteam tab, your domain name will be auto-populated. Fill out the API key details and click on Validate to successfully connect Freshteam.

3. On the Connect Certn tab, add the correct username, password and API key to get connected to Certn. Please note that you need to add the correct username and password, otherwise, the connection to Certn will be disrupted. 

4. As a next step, click on Save to successfully install Certn within Freshteam.
