Freshteam and TestGorilla integration not only lets your recruiters send assessments but they can also view the completion reports within Freshteam itself. Let’s explore how this works:
Detailed Instructions for Viewing Test Reports
1. Open your Freshteam account. Go to the Recruitment tab > Recruit.
2. Select any job posting. Now from the pool of applicants, choose any applicant whose assessment report you would like to view. On the candidate’s profile, the Tags and Comments tabs are updated to highlight an assessment completion.
3. On the sidebar, you can see their test completion status and additional information such as when the test was sent vs completed, test score, etc.
4. Click on View Test Report. Now a TestGorilla page will open up and you can see the detailed test report.
