Many companies are now focused on their hiring and retention strategies to create a more diverse and inclusive work environment. The recruitment teams are making active efforts to overcome unconscious biases around hiring. However, it can be challenging to assess the efficacy of these strategies without data.

We have introduced EEO reports in Freshteam for recruitment heads to -

  • Get an overview of diversity in the historical and current candidate pipeline.

  • Trace patterns of rejection points for specific EEO groups

  • Identify irregularities in EEO group rejections and conduct root-cause analysis with further grouping-based reporting

  • Track veteran hiring tax incentive claims

You can add the EEO fields in the application form for all or specific jobs and ensure that the same is reflected across all platforms including career sites, social media sites, external job boards and 3rd party vendor pages.

  • Click on ‘Application Form’ to view the pop-up menu for customising the application form
