HackerRank is a technical assessment tool that helps companies evaluate developers. Freshteam's integration with HackerRank enables you to send customized tests to your candidates. Let us understand how this works:

Steps to Send an Exclusive HackerRank Assessment to a Candidate

1. Open the candidate’s profile and click on the  "..."  icon in the right top corner. From the options shown, choose ‘Send test’. 

2. Choose a HackerRank test from the drop-down.

3. Switch the toggle to notify the other hiring team members when the candidate completes the test. You can enter the email addresses of the hiring team members.

4. You can also send your candidate a separate email with more context for the HackerRank tests.
